Working with people from all walks of life began at a tender age for Kerry Lee. Fast-forward through a college degree, world travels, one studio apartment in Paris, France, a career in management and special events with luxury customer service icon Nordstrom, as well as Director of Catering & Wedding Sales in the hotel industry, Kerry Lee brings a wealth of practical, in-the-trenches-experience to all she does.
Fine-tuning her wedding business training when she was on retainer with wedding brand name Beverly Clark Enterprises, LLC and several dot com enterprises, as well as co-authoring a wedding professional training and certification program focused primarily on catering sales staff from all over the world for ASEP (Association for Special Event Professionals), and continually staying up to date with education and the latest practices and trends, staying relevant and cutting edge is parmount for evolution.
Kerry Lee knows the unique demands on sales professionals who work in the special event and hospitality industry and has been asked to train catering sales staff, wedding coordinators, consult on a customer service makeover for a resort, address large and small groups on inspirational sales techniques, including a Crowne Plaza General Manager's retreat on their approach to implementing better catering sales techniques, and more.

"I want to commend the approach you took. Every (team member) that came out of their interview was positive and enjoyed the time they spent with you. What does this mean to a group of people that historically tend to focus on the negative and are quick to complain? They like and trust you! Those emotions are so important in order for the training to be effective and successful..."
