Mentoring
Mentoring is one of the simplest ways we change the trajectory of a life—and the ripple effect is real. A great mentor doesn’t just offer advice; they expand what you believe is possible, help you see your own strengths clearly, and stand beside you while you build the next version of yourself.

My Mentoring Approach
For me, mentoring has always been especially meaningful when it supports women—because confidence doesn’t appear overnight, and too many brilliant girls grow up shrinking their voice to fit the room.
I mentor emerging and established professionals in the event, hospitality, and service-driven space—along with founders, leaders, and high-potential talent who want to grow with clarity and intention. My specialties include entrepreneurship in event and hospitality businesses, leadership, customer service, guest experience, and communication skills.
If there’s one area I’m most known for, it’s this: helping women communicate with more power and presence—written, verbal, and even public speaking. Many of us were taught language patterns that unintentionally undermine our authority: softening our message, over-explaining, apologizing for our needs, or minimizing our expertise. Mentoring can be the moment those habits get replaced with clarity, confidence, and a voice that finally matches your talent.
Mentorships are entirely free. Spots vary month to month, and I can’t always say yes—but I can always respond with clarity, and I welcome your reach-out.
Who Mentoring Is For
Mentoring may be a fit if you’re:
-
At a crossroads—unsure, awkward, or quietly craving something bigger (note: this is often your future self beckoning you through the "looking glass" to step into your new future)
-
Dreaming of a new path and trying to name what’s next
-
Building confidence and stronger communication skills
-
Preparing for interviews, promotions, leadership moments, or higher visibility
-
Stepping into leadership and wanting to lead with warmth and strength
-
Exploring entrepreneurship in events, hospitality, or a service-driven business
-
Feeling “capable but stuck” and wanting real momentum
There is no “perfect time.” In fact, the best time to reach out is often when you don’t have it all figured out yet.
I welcome the awkward and unsure—because that crossroads season is usually where purpose gets clearer, confidence gets built, and the magic happens.

a note on my passion projects
I have a special affinity for mentoring underrepresented groups, including First Nation/Native American girls and women and immigrants who are navigating life, leadership, and confidence while assimilating into the U.S. These communities hold extraordinary strength and perspective—and I care deeply about helping that brilliance translate into visibility, opportunity, and voice.
What Mentoring Can Look Like
Depending on where you are right now, mentoring can include:
-
Clarity + confidence at the crossroads
We’ll unpack what’s been tugging at you, what’s holding you back, and what your “next right step” looks like—especially if you can feel the calling, but you can’t quite name the plan yet.
-
Communication coaching (written, verbal, and real-life conversations). We’ll strengthen how you speak up in rooms, in relationships, and at work—without shrinking, over-explaining, or apologizing for taking up space. If you’ve ever thought, “I’m not great with words,” you’re in the right place.
-
Public speaking + presence (even if you’re nervous)
Presentations, interviews, leading meetings, sharing ideas with confidence—this is about finding your voice and using it with calm authority. You don’t have to be “a speaker” to benefit from speaking skills.
-
Work/life balance (without guilt, burnout, or proving)
We’ll look at what’s draining you, what needs to shift, and how to create boundaries that actually stick. Balance isn’t perfection—it’s building a life you can sustain while you grow.
-
Imposter syndrome + self-trust
If you’ve been second-guessing yourself, minimizing your strengths, or waiting to feel “ready,” we’ll work on interrupting those patterns. You’ll leave with tools to stay grounded and take action even when confidence isn’t perfect.
-
Leadership growth (without needing to feel like a “natural leader”) Leadership isn’t a personality type—it’s a practice. If you’re learning how to lead, influence, navigate pushback, or build trust, we’ll build those muscles together.
-
Entrepreneurship exploration (for the “maybe someday” person) If you’re curious about starting something—events, hospitality, service-based work, or a creative venture—we can explore what’s realistic, what’s aligned, and what would make you feel proud. You don’t need a business plan to begin—just a spark and a willingness to explore it.
-
Guest experience + service mindset
For anyone in hospitality—or anyone who wants to elevate how they serve, lead, and build culture—this is about the simple practices that create standout experiences and real loyalty.
-
Small-group speaking + training (mentoring in community)
At times, mentoring looks like gathering a small group for a focused training—communication, confidence, leadership, guest experience, or service standards—so you can learn together, practice together, and grow faster with support.
